This school has a long and interesting history which became a focus of many school projects, involving the pupils and staff as researchers, creative writing, collections, thoughts and ideas. So that the work was not lost our brief was to create a permanent resource for the school and a starting point for further projects.
It includes vinyl on to glass, a display with 3D canvases, a booklet and a domed display area for 3D objects. As well as a bespoke cabinet created from acrylic with vinyl graphics, and interactive rotating magnetic cube display and transparent hanging ‘thought bubbles’.
The end result is a wow factor reception which not only showcases the school project but promotes further investigation and questions.
