The brief: To enhance the schools main entrance and give focus to their hall space with house banners and windows.
The process: Two Thirds Design worked with the school to reflect their ethos and celebrate close ties with Erdington Abbey. Inspired by elements from the stained glass and architectural details from within the Abbey itself, and the school’s house colours, emblems and symbols.
The end result: Clear vinyl applied to the entrance doors and surrounding windows of stained glass made a welcoming feature for visitors, as well as some privacy within the reception space. The hall House Banners were printed full colour and fixed with a rail system made a strong statement in the hall. The house icons were repeated on the hall windows in vinyl frosting.
