The brief: To transform the school entrance windows into a welcoming display that also aids privacy and reflects the school’s faith and ethos.
The process: Two Thirds Design were invited to St Peters C of E Primary school to produce concepts and designs for their external windows. We used imagery of faith, children and an existing piece of stained glass to create a montage scene, that spans across 3 sets of windows at the front of the school.
The end result: The external windows were covered with contra-vision to create a welcoming entrance to visitors whilst being see-through from inside they offer one-way privacy and solar shading to the classrooms.
